The Comfort of Love is Not as Delicious as it Smells/ & Co.
Installation and Film Piece

This work explores the pressures around love and relationships impressed on women from childhood through into adulthood. The work explored the ‘the single lady’ through a philisophical and theoretical lense, using a autoficitious narrative film that extended into an installation piece.

Set in the pub, a limbo space which is traditionally male dominated was the perfect ground for a taboo conversation spoken by the female narrator. We listen to her business venture play out in all its uncomfortability.
